After upgrading to version 25.2, certain actions require at least one valid license. If no license is assigned, a user license required error will occur.
To resolve this error, assign the appropriate license. For details on how to assign the license refer to the topic Licenses .

- Approve or reject form tasks
- Excel workflow tasks (both Default Library and Custom levels)
- Built-in (out-of-box) tasks
- Approve emails
