Automate Studio
The Dashboard Reports in Studio Administrator provides a comprehensive, interactive view of key performance indicators (KPIs) for Automate Studio activities. It allows global administrators, report administrators, and non-admin users to visualize cost savings, time savings, script and record processing, and error metrics in a modern and flexible interface.
Tip: Non-admin users can view their own data. Filters include date range and system selection only.
To access the Dashboard Reports, perform the following steps:
  1. Click on the Reports option in the navigation menu on the left side.
  2. The Dashboard Reports is available as a dedicated tab within the Reports section. By default, the dashboard view is presented when you access Reports.
  3. You can switch between Dashboard Reports, Detailed Reports, and Exported Reports using the tabs at the top of the Reports page.

Reports dashboard charts

Dashboard Reports includes the following charts:
  1. Cost Savings (Dollars): Displays cost savings in Dollars by T-code and by user. The chart uses an adjustable FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) rate for calculation. The default value of Rate amount per hour is 25, however, you can adjust it using the gear icon in the chart header.
Note: FTE value is stored in the browser’s local storage.
  2. Time Savings (Hrs): Displays time saved in hours by T-code and by user.
  3. Script Processed: Tracks the number of scripts executed, with options to view by T-code, table (query scripts), or user.
  4. Records Processed: Tracks the number of records processed, with options to view by T-code, table (query scripts), or user.
  5. Average Processing Time (Hrs): Displays average processing times in hours for scripts and records by T-code and by table (query scripts).
  6. Errors: Summarizes errors encountered during transaction processing by T-code and by user.
Note: All charts support interactive features such as maximizing for better viewing, flexible filtering by user, tag, system, and date range, drag-and-drop rearrangement, and paging to limit the number of displayed records (e.g., top 5, 10, 15, or 20 records).
Note: A maximum of 2000 users will be fetched in the user drop-down filter. There is no limit on the number of Tags and SAP system.
