Several improvements have been made to the User Management section in the Administration Center.

Note: These enhancements are available only to Trillium-authenticated users in the Administration Center.

Ability to search users

You can now search for users using the Find Users panel. To access this panel, open the main navigation menu and select User Management > Manage Users. On the panel, use either the Show All or Filtered Search options to perform a search.

You can also use the Find panel on the home page to quickly locate users in the current repository. You can search for all users or filter your search results using specific criteria.
Note: This functionality is not available if there are no users in the repository.

Manage repository access

You can now add or remove users from repository access. To do this, select Data Access > Manage Repositories. Double-click a repository to open it. Then, select Users > Edit Repository Access. Use the > button to add available users to the user access list.

Modify Trillium-authenticated users

You can now change passwords and repository access for Trillium-authenticated users. Go to User Management > Manage Users to view the list of users. Double-click a user to open the User Properties page. Here, you can update the Password fields and then select Save to apply the changes.

Modify user access to a repository

To change a user's repository access, go to User Management > Manage Users and double-click the user's name. On the User Properties page, open the Repositories tab and select the repository you want to modify. Click Edit Repository Access and use the ">" or "<" buttons to update the user's access as needed.

Export user metadata

After viewing user data, you can now export selected rows or all rows to your local system. The exported file is saved in comma-delimited format (.CSV) with double quotes, making it compatible with other applications. On the Users page, select users using the checkboxes or use Ctrl/Shift keys to select multiple users.

Click the Export Result button, then choose one of the following options:
  • Export Selected Rows
  • Export All Rows

The downloaded (.CSV) file will be saved to your default download location.
