To improve User experience, we will be providing separate download options for the Product Statistic File. Clients will see these new options within the “File Format” drop-down available from the download pages of the Precisely Data Experience.
This change will allow customers to download the Product Statistics file instead of downloading the full product zip package.
August 2025.08: Schema breaking changes
- We are introducing some enhancements to the August Property Attribute Mortgage product
(v2025.08) that require a breaking change to the Data Schema. Refer the specifics outlined
below. A draft Data Schema and sample data will be provided in a later communication.

Building Stories Code - Synthetic Property Records: Synthetic property records will be added to the Property Attributes Mortgage product, and as a result a new field called SYN_PROP_RECORD will be used to identify these records in the data file. Synthetic property records typically represent housing cooperatives or condominium buildings and are derived by Precisely for the sole purpose of providing building characteristics to our clients. The SYN_PROP_RECORD field will be populated with a Y (yes) if the data row is a synthetic property created by Precisely.
- Source Address Fields: Four new fields will be added to represent the original situs (property) address from the local tax authority: SRC_ADDRESS, SRC_CITY, SRC_STATE, SRC_ZIPCODE. These fields will represent a third set of address components, in addition to the current billing address and situs (property) address fields, which go through a rigorous address hygiene process. The intent of adding these fields is to give our users an indication of how Precisely has improved addresses to provide an accurate geocode or coordinate within the product.
- Concatenated Owner Name Fields: Full concatenated owner names will be represented in two new fields for Owner 1 (OWNER_NAME) and Owner 2 (OWNER_NAME2) name.
