Assure iTERA version 6.2.30.00 includes all relevant changes to earlier level 6.2 service packs, 6.1.23.00, and earlier levels of version 6.1.
The following components and configurations are necessary before installing or upgrading Assure iTERA:
- The minimum level required for theIBM i operating system is IBM i 7.3.
- Upgrades to Assure iTERA version 6.2 require version 6.2 license keys and are supported from any iTERA version 6.1 service pack (6.1.01.00 or higher).
- The minimum level required for License Manager is 10.0.29.00. The installation wizard will automatically update License Manager to this level, or higher, if the currently installed level is lower.
- The Java Runtime Environment (JRE) included in the Assure iTERA Installation Wizard has a .dll with dependencies on C:\Windows\System32\vcruntime140.dll. The vcruntime140.dll must be present on the PC where the wizard will be used to allow the wizard to properly open and run. The file is part of the Microsoft Visual C++ software runtime library. If the file is missing, you can install or reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package from Microsoft's website. A web search can identify other means of obtaining the vcruntime140.dll.
