Following changes are introduced in this release:
- This product has 17,717 redacted records due to data privacy compliance requirements.
- Field value updates:
- New values added, existing values updated or existing values deprecated in 64 fields.
- Out of 64 fields, 14 fields are blank as they are no longer being received and will be removed from dataset in the release 2025.08.
- The updated Data Schema file property_attributes_mortgage_data_schema.xlsx is bundled in the product delivery file and also available in the Property Attributes Mortgage Product Guide.
- The Field Value Key text file is updated with new or updated values for different fields. To download it, refer Property Attributes Mortgage Getting Started Guide.
- The significant field value changes in the March release(2025.03) have affected fill rates for forty-one fields. Twenty-one fields have a decrease by more than 5% and twenty fields have an increase by more than 5%.
- The most current property and building characteristic information from state and local tax authorities is updated.
- The most recent addressing information from Precisely's Master Location Data is updated.
