The Ironstream web browser configuration application and monitoring applications are now based on Python rather than Java code. The necessary Python libraries are installed during the base Ironstream installation process.
When running the IBM i agent installer (“CALL EVREL70/EVINSTALL”), press F4 to set up the default TCP/IP ports that are to be used to connect to the OM server. If this install is upgrading an existing Ironstream, the existing port numbers will not be changed.
An additional parameter is available on the IBM i agent to choose which TCP/IP stack to connect to, if there are multiple TCP/IP addresses configured on the IBM i system.

The IBM i Job Monitor has been enhanced to allow monitoring for jobs in CMTW and MTXW status.
