Improvements in API reporting - Digital Access API and SAP Data API call reports

  • The API Metering Report now includes cumulative data for Digital Access APIs and SAP Data APIs, tracking the total count of API types consumed.
  • Two new summary reports API Metering - Summary View and API Usage - Summary View are introduced for better cumulative data insights.
  • Improved Feature logging with respect to Digital and SAP API usage.
  • V2-Digital Access APIs now enable third-party systems to integrate seamlessly with the Evolve workflow system.

Improvements in Custom/Promoted columns

  • Added support for custom columns in Digital Access APIs, improving flexibility and data handling.
  • The archival process now includes enhanced support for custom/promoted columns.
  • Custom columns are now supported in APIs for Form Solutions enabling users to add custom data fields to their workflows.
  • Support for Solution Field utility for using custom columns in Digital APIs.

Introduction of new administrative roles for enhanced User management

Three new administrative roles - Group Admin, License Admin, and Operations Admin have been added to Automate Evolve, enhancing user management capabilities.

Support for SAP Data API - bulk upload

SAP Data API now supports bulk uploads, enabling users to process multiple records in a single request. This new functionality enhances efficiency by allowing asynchronous processing through a dedicated queue, with robust tracking and status features. The bulk upload option is seamlessly integrated with the existing single upload feature, giving users flexibility in how they submit data.

Support for client credential authentication in SCIM lookup

SCIM lookup now supports Client Credential authentication in addition to Bearer Token authentication. Users can choose between these authentication methods when configuring SCIM lookup on the Authentication or First-User page.

Option for Supporting Documents

A new Supporting Documents option is added to the Action menu on the Task Page, exclusively for the Excel Workflow Solution. Additionally, a UI option is added to allow Supporting Documents to be included in emails.

Added Share button that allows users to download an Excel template from a URL.
