Prepare the user database (Teradata) - Connect_CDC - connect_cdc_mimix_share - aws_mainframe_modernization_service - 6.x

Use the Prepare User Database dialog to prepare your database for replication. This will grant access rights to the replication user to access the database for modeling and replication.

1. Right-click the server, then select Prepare User Database from the context menu of the server.
2. Enter the individual user database or schema name in the Database/Schema Name dialog.

   

3. Click OK.
4. Enter the DBMS Administrator userid and password in the User ID and Password dialog.

   

5. Click OK.

   A summary of the steps that Connect CDC Director takes to prepare the database displays.

   
6. Click OK.

   You see a screen with the commands executing and then a message that the process is complete.

   
7. Click OK.
