Precisely’s Identity Federation portal allows customers to configure federated single sign-on (SSO) integration with Precisely applications so their users can log in to different Precisely applications and websites using one set of login credentials.
- The self-service Identity Federation portal, https://idp.identity.precisely.com, supports SAML 2.0. Note: If your Identity Provider (IdP) configuration requires the use of multiple domains, complete this process for each domain you are configuring.
- If support for OpenID Connect (OIDC) is required, the Identity Federation portal cannot be used. However, Precisely Support can help configure OIDC integration. Create a Support Case in the Precisely Support Center.
-
You cannot modify the current active SSO configuration. However, you can set up a new configuration for the same domain by following the steps in the Wizard. After you create the new configuration, it will automatically replace the previous one and become the active configuration with the group claim enabled.
Before getting started, please ensure you have access to the following resources:
- Configuration of your IdP, where a new application can be configured to integrate with Precisely.
- Access to your domain’s DNS configuration so the domain can be verified.
- Credentials for a user within the domain being configured.
