Support and certification for Xanadu - Ironstream for ServiceNow® Service Mapping for IBM i app is fully certified for the Xanadu edition of ServiceNow. Older versions of Service Mapping will not be certified because internal security changes which mean they cannot work in this environment.
Upgrade improvement - When upgrading from previous versions, ServiceNow would identify many files as 'skipped updates'. This issue is now prevented in Service Mapping, which means that an upgrade should only show 'skipped update' items that genuinely require manual intervention.
