To remove the Ironstream components from the MID Server and complete the general cleanup process:
  1. Open the Configuration Tool and click the Stop button to stop all running Ironstream processes for all defined nodes.
  2. If you do not wish to keep your custom configuration details i.e. you are not upgrading or reinstalling, then you can take the following additional steps:
    1. Select each defined node and click the Delete Node button.
    2. Remove any log files created during the Ironstream run:
      cd <install_directory>\log
      del *.*
  3. In Windows Services, stop the "Ironstream IBM i Configuration Tool" service.
  4. Use the “Add/Remove Programs” utility from Windows Control Panel to remove Ironstream files and registry entries. Select Ironstream for ServiceNow Event Management for IBM i in the list and click Uninstall.
