Corrected the use of the TSOUTPUT file in the agent's JCL dataset for 'netstat' data capture.
Prevented S067 abend when shutting down the agent.
If TLS errors occur, they are written to SYSPRINT to avoid creating multiple SYSOUT files.
Messages will now display in local time. Previously, some messages appeared in GMT.

v7.4 Bug Fixes

7.4H	2023-11-07	Enhanced the EVSMF subtask to check the free memory array and clear outstanding memory to prevent "could not add address to SMF free queue" messages and avoided S878-10 abends. Added additional tracing messages.
7.4G	2023-08-15	Supported the issuing of IMS 'type 2' commands by Discovery for ServiceNow v7.5 – Rexx program EVOIMSC2 shows as version 7.4.0.2.
7.4F	2023-02-23	Added the TLS Client Authentication option CLAUTH=Y\|N on the TCP parameter card to enable control over client authentication for a secure connection. The default is Y. Note: To use this feature, you must implement the corresponding update to EV390MCS.EXE v7.4.0.1 or later on the Windows server. The version number delivered by the agent to the server during the handshake connection is now "746".
7.4E	2023-01-09	Modified the 46 01 command to correctly display DASD statistics for larger disk volumes. Removed the display of EVO181 messages when an SMF record flood overloads the allocated Ironstream dataspace. Allows a message to be optionally written to the Ironstream SYSPRINT as a debug message when the count of failed records increases.
7.4D	2022-09-30	Modified the 46 111 command to always use the Format Long option in a Netstat command to TSO.
7.4C	2022-09-22	Modified the EMCS console in EVCMD to clear any unsolicited messages that were not generated as a command response.
7.4B	2022-08-23	Used the new 46 11 command to locate and return the explicit VOLSER names of an APF dataset, even if it is being managed by SMS. Corrected the 46 12\|EVSGL request which collects information from SMS storage groups to provide the device number instead of the address of the UCB in memory.
7.4A	2022-05-18	When a 46 10 dataset display request is issued, a de-allocate command is added to free the dataset's ENQ lock if it fails to open due to RACF protection.
