Follow these steps to manually remove the Ironstream proxy server components:

  1. Open the Web interface, then stop any running Ironstream services for defined nodes and the Configuration Tool. Stop all services with names that start with Ironstream MCS Service for.
  2. If you do not wish to keep your custom configuration details i.e. you are not upgrading or reinstalling, then you can take these additional steps:
    1. Select each defined node and click the Delete Node button.
    2. Remove any log files created during the Ironstream run:

    cd <install_directory>\log

    del *.*

  3. Use the "Add/Remove Programs" utility from Windows Control Panel to remove Ironstream files and registry entries. Select Ironstream for ServiceNow Discovery for IBM i in the list and click Uninstall.
