These instructions are for when a product is already installed and you need to obtain new license keys but there will be a delay before they can be applied. The Display System Information (DSPSYSINF) command can be used to display the information necessary to create a license key and to create a license key request package (LRP) that can be transmitted to Precisely.

On each system for which you want to obtain license keys. do the following:

  1. Type LAKEVIEW/WRKLICKEY and press Enter to access the Work with License Keys display.

  2. Press F6 (System info.).

  3. The Display System Information (DSPSYSINF) appears. For the Output prompt, do one of the following:

    • To display the system information, use the value * and press Enter. The following figure shows an example of displaying system information.

    • To create a LRP, specify the value *STMF and press Enter. The output is directed to a stream file in the  /VisionSolutions/LicenseKeys directory. The LRP is not automatically transmitted to Precisely. To do that, continue with Uploading a license key request package (LRP) outside of installation.

The Product versions fields show the highest version of each product family that is installed on the system
