This information describes the minimum security requirements for the LAKEVIEW user profile provided with License Manager, which is installed with the Assure MIMIX™ Software, Assure iTERA, Assure iOptimize, Assure QuickEDD, and Assure Security products. Each enterprise is unique. Your enterprise may require exceptions to the information provided here.

The LAKEVIEW user profile is created with an initial menu of *SIGNOFF so that it cannot be used to sign on to the system. The LAKEVIEW user profile owns most of the objects in the LAKEVIEW and VSI001LIB libraries. All product user interfaces are protected by Precisely product-level security when that function is set to “On”.
Note: The LAKEVIEW user profile included the *SAVSYS special authority when installing or upgrading License Manager for versions at 10.0.23.00 or earlier.
