If you are upgrading from an earlier version of Assure MIMIX for AIX, you need to obtain a new license key for each protected server.
The following requirements apply:
- A separate license is required for each node.
- To obtain license keys, contact Support.
- After you receive your license keys file, place it in a directory of your choice on AIX node and rename it to: /usr/scrt/run/node_license.properties
Refer to License Information for Precisely Fulfillment section of the Assure MIMIX for AIX User Guide to obtain the machine information that you must provide to the Customer Accounting to procure a license.
