The following is a list of new features in Assure MIMIX for AIX 5.2.3.0. Refer to the
MIMIX for AIX User Guide for a complete description of these features.
- VES-2817
- Asynchronous data transmission was added. Allows to send data containers via asynchronous sockets.
- VES-2818
- Disable current changes intercept.
If this feature is enabled only the Super Transaction data is replicated, and application data can be sent after the initial sync is completed.
- VES-2819
- Add After Image multithreaded Apply. Currently MIMIX uses one thread per logical volume to apply data to a replica, this feature will allow to add up to 64 threads to apply data to all replica logical volumes.
- VES-2820
- Make minimum Java version supported as Java 8.
- VES-2824
- AIX 7.3 support was validated.
- VES-2845
- log4j library was upgraded to version 2.17.2
