After a successful GetCapabilities request, the service returns a GetCapabilities response which is a descriptive XML file. The GetCapabilities.xml file contains the information on the services metadata, capabilities, and layers.
You can view a GetCapabilities response for your WMS service from the Spectrum Technology Platform Welcome page following installation. Click the link under the OGC Capabilities column for the WMS Service on the Spatial Services tab.
Note: For WMS 1.3, the axes of the returned bounds for coordinate reference systems
other than CRS84 are ordered according to how they are specified in the coordinate
reference system definition.
