The Reports page allows you to view permissions reports of named resources and folders.
- Open Spectrum Spatial Manager.
- Click Permissions in the menu bar. A sub menu opens.
- Click Reports.
Each of the reports displays the users or roles that have permissions and whether the permission is read or write. A user who is not a sub-admin, cannot access the permissions reports.
Print Preview: You can preview the report in the printable format.
Exporting Reports: All the reports can be exported in CSV format.
The following reports are available:
Folder Permissions
The report lists all the folders that have permissions in order. For each folder, the report displays the users or roles that have read or write permissions.
Table Editing Permissions
The report lists all the tables that have read, insert, update, or delete permissions in order. For each table, the report displays the users or roles that have permissions with their permission types.
Resource View Permissions by Users and Roles
The report lists all the permissions displaying the users and roles at the top level followed by the resources. For each of the resources, it displays the permissions of a user or role. This report includes permissions on Spectrum Spatial Analyst map projects.
Resource View Permissions by Resource Type
The report lists all the permissions displaying the folders and resources at the top level followed by the users and roles for each resource with their permissions. This report includes permissions on Spectrum Spatial Analyst map projects.
