On the main menu of Spectrum Spatial Manager, select Services and
then WMTS. The Layers tab let you view, create, edit,
and delete the WMTS layers for the Web Map Tiling Service and its capabilities.
Note: You can also
view, create, edit, and delete named WMTS layers from the Repository view (on the main menu,
select Data and then Repository).
