Volatility
Volatility indicates whether a file can be changed. Spectrum Spatial checks both the raster file and the *.TAB file it references. Spectrum spatial will cache the file handle for Multi-Resolution Raster (MRR) files. For how to clear the cache, see Clearing MRR Cache.
