In MapInfo Pro objects can be drawn in the Cosmetic layer, such as a scalebar. The Map Uploader cannot make a layer out of this, as it is not a permanent table that can be matched to data known to the server. You can either cancel or continue without the unsupported layer. Otherwise, to use this named layer in your named map you must convert the objects in the Cosmetic layer to a native TAB or any other supported datasource (see Workaround for Cosmetic Layers).
