To upload data, a user must be a member of the spatial-sub-admin, spatial-admin, or admin roles. Otherwise, the user cannot access the upload functionality in Spectrum Spatial Analyst.
If a user is a spatial-sub-admin, then they also require the following permissions:
- Repository folder READ permission where they can access a supported named connection (a file connection or SQL Server connection).
- Repository folder WRITE permission where they can create the named table that becomes associated with the uploaded data.
Note that admins and spatial-admins have the above permissions for all repository folders.
