Spectrum Spatial Analyst is a web mapping client for viewing and interacting with spatial information held in Spectrum Spatial or brought in from other third-party services such as WMS services. Spectrum Spatial Analyst deploys separately from the Spectrum Technology Platform, usually on a separate server, and accesses and uses Spectrum Spatial APIs.
