The capabilities of Spectrum Spatial are made available as web services using open
standards such as SOAP or REST. To access the web services, you construct an HTTP
request and submit it directly to the web service. The HTTP request can be in the form
of a SOAP request, a REST request, or a POST/GET request, and can be submitted directly
from a web browser or from a client application.
