Spectrum Spatial uses a named resource cache to speed up the verification and retrieval of named resources when being access through services or stages. The named resource cache is exposed through both a property file and JMX. The property file allows you to configure the basic settings of the resource cache, while using a Spectrum JMX console allows you to check the cache status, clear all or remove specific cached resources, and modify the cache configuration.

Note: The ability to manage the named resource cache is only accessible after the components are initialized. This mean you must have sent a request to one of the services defined in the remote components by any means (demo page, service, stage, etc.).
