Properties for managing the database connection pool, file handles, the repository cache, and request timeouts can be set in the Management Console by the administrator (admin).
To change a Spectrum Spatial Java property:

To change the value of an existing property, click on the value and type your changes.
To add a new field to the list, click the Add
button. This creates a new property field at the end of the list. Enter the new property name, and then enter its value.
Changes to these properties take effect immediately.
