Use of that directory for installation will require Administrator privileges but will allow multiple users to access the product without giving access to everyone
Alternatively, the product can be installed into a user’s home directory, eg: <drive>:\Users\<sqdata_user>\sqdata. Most Connect CDC (SQData) for Windows customers utilize a special "sqdata_user" account established specifically for that purpose because it usually needs elevated privileges to read and apply data. If necessary have the system administrator create that account. The sqdata_user can then grant the appropriate permissions on its own files to a group of users without additional administrator privileges.
