Follow these steps to extract both the product software and databases:
- In Windows Explorer, go to the downloaded .zip file.
- Right-click the .zip and choose "Extract All" to extract the data to a folder, or use third-party extraction software such as 7-Zip or Winzip.

Use your environment-specific application to extract the contents of the
.zip file into the download folder.
Note: The .zip files for both the software products and databases contain folder information. When extracting the files, make sure you select the option to maintain these folder names, otherwise the installation may not complete.
- Extract the rest of the product and database files in the same manner.
