You can add data to your Map Session by clicking Add Layer option in the map session. This extends theAdd New Layer panel where the Upload Data button appears on top.

Once the upload option is selected, you are redirected to the Data module. For more information, see Upload Data Layers.

Fastpath: Alternatively, you can upload data onto the map screen is by dragging and dropping a file from file explorer. Then, you will be prompted to Select Projection System (Default value is EPSG:4326 : WGS 84 ). Below, you can find,the list of all standard formats for different data types.

After the data is uploaded and processed, go to your map session, and navigate to Layer panel.

The uploaded data set appears under the corresponding data type - Vector, Raster or Tabular.

For each data set, there is an Edit icon to modify features in the data layer. In addition, you are presented with an information icon, which can be used to gather information such as Layer Name, Upload Date, and Feature Count by hovering over it.

Search bar and Sort features are provided for ease of navigation.

Below Upload Data button, there are four drop-down sections listed with the following features:

  1. Vector:

    All the vector files that you uploaded locally through the data management page are listed under the 'My Data' module.

  2. Raster:

    All the raster files that you uploaded locally from the data management page are listed under the 'My Data' module.

  3. Tabular:

    All the tabular files that you uploaded locally from the data management page are listed under the 'My Data' module.

  4. Collected data:

    This menu displays all the forms that you created with field attributes and data collected by collaborators. You can add all the data in the selected form to the selected layer by clicking Add Data.

After selecting required datasets, the Add Data button appears at bottom right of the panel. You can add datasets to the map session by clicking on Add Data.
