The Connect ETL Vertica load example files consist of the following components:
- Configuration files – Provides the job and database specific environment variable values to the system.
- Job initiator scripts – Automatically initiates Connect ETL jobs and sub-jobs based on the environment variable values that populate the job initiator script parameters.
- Database load script – Establishes connectivity between the data input files and Vertica database and facilitates direct loading to the Vertica database initiator nodes.
