Connect connects to Greenplum databases through the Greenplum ODBC driver and the Greenplum psql client utility, which is a component of the Greenplum client software.
Install and configure the Greenplum client software on the system on which the Connect client is installed.
To establish a connection to the Greenplum database, install the Greenplum ODBC driver and create, configure, and test the ODBC data source name (DSN).
