Problem:

A Trillium user is having trouble performing a task or accessing a repository object.

Solution:

Verify security settings by logging in to the Control Center and checking permission settings. If necessary, switch to the repository in which the user is working.

To check on a user’s security settings at an object level

  1. Locate the object (repository, project, entity, business rule, or objects in the Business Rules Library) that is in question.

  2. Right-click and select Security.

  3. Review the security settings for the selected object and look for conflicting security settings. For example, you may have given the user permission to edit a project at the server level but denied that permission at the repository level. In this case, Trillium DQ applies the most restrictive permission.

  4. In the Repository Manager application, make any required adjustments.
