If you want to focus on only a few rows or columns of data, use the Zoom feature. Zoom allows you to display only the data in the rows and/or columns you select in the List View.
To zoom into data in a List View
- Display the data in which you are interested in a List View.
- Select the rows or columns that you want to display alone.
- Right-click the highlighted area and select Change View > Zoom.
- Verify that the information you selected is now the only data displayed.
