The SOUNDEX1;S7 modifier is used with the PARTIAL2 routine to match two strings, using an improved Soundex algorithm. The algorithm is the same as the PARTIAL2 (SOUNDEX1) routine in Series 7. See SOUNDEX1 Routine With Modifier (S7) for algorithm.
