You can create an index for each attribute in an entity. This feature is enabled or disabled using the Attribute Properties window. If you create an index for the attribute, the index gets created during the next scheduled Create Index job that runs on the entity.

To create an index for an attribute

  1. In Navigation View or List View of attributes, right-click an attribute name and select Edit attribute.

    The Attribute Properties window opens.

  2. In the middle of the window, check Create Index.
  3. Click OK.

To disable an index for an attribute

  1. Right-click an attribute name and select Edit attribute.

    The Attribute Properties window opens.

  2. In the middle of the window, uncheck Create Index.
  3. Click OK.
