Editing a Business Rule - trillium_quality - trillium_discovery - Latest

The elements and expressions of any existing ABR or EBR can be edited. To edit a rule you need Edit permission privileges (Windows-authentication only).

To edit a business rule

1. Open a List View or Icon View of business rules for an entity or attribute.
2. Right-click the rule you want to edit and select Edit rule.
   Note: If the rule is inherited from the Library, see Editing Derived Rules.

   The Edit Rule window opens.

3. Click the button to the right of the Expression field to open the Rule Expression window.
4. Edit the business rule as needed. Use the right-click menu to undo, redo, cut, copy, paste, delete and select all.
5. Click OK.
6. In the Edit Rule window, click Finish.
7. Run the business rule analysis if necessary.
