The Create Entity Grouping for Country Flow option in the Create Project wizard creates an entity group for each country flow when creating a quality project.

The newly created entity group is placed at the at the Global Data Router's output for each country. Since the related quality processes and entities are grouped into logical groups of functionality that can be managed as a unit, the result is a more manageable Quality Process Flow with less number of steps at the highest level.
You can expand or restore the entity group in order to view the processes and entities contained within the entity group.
