Preparing a Reference Entity - trillium_quality - trillium_discovery - Latest

A reference entity is a master entity that you compare the input rows against. The reference entity must be one of the entities in your project.

To prepare a reference entity

1. Identify an entity you use for the reference entity.
2. Sort records. The entity must be sorted in ascending order based on the window key as the first key. The sort order of the second and later keys is irrelevant.
3. Run the Relationship Linker process on the entity. The output of the Relationship Linker is your reference entity.
4. Continue to create reference match keys.
