An input entity is a transaction entity that you compare the rows against the reference (master) entity. The input entity can be any of the entities in your project or outside of the project.

To prepare an input entity

  1. Identify an entity for the input entity.
  2. Sort records. The entity must be sorted in ascending order based on the window key as the first key. The sort order of the second and later keys is irrelevant. The output of the Sort is your input entity.
  3. Continue to create a Reference Matcher process.
