Specifying Attributes to Copy - trillium_quality - trillium_discovery - Latest

The Attributes to Copy window enables you to define the attributes you want to copy from the input record to the reference record on the output file or vice versa, for up to four different match levels.

To specify the attributes that you want to copy

1. Open the Reference Matcher process for editing.
2. Select Process > Advanced > Reference Matching > Advanced.
3. Click Attributes to Copy.
4. In the top section of the window, define the attributes you want to copy from the input record to the reference record for one or more match levels. For example:
   1. In the Business Level 1 Matches field, click the attribute you want to copy from the drop-down list.
   2. (Optional) To copy another attribute at this match level, click Add New Attribute.A new field appears in the window.
   3. Repeat steps a and b for each attribute you want to copy from the input record to the reference record.
5. If you want to copy attributes from the reference record to the input record, scroll down in the window until you reach that section.
6. Repeat the process outlined in step 4.
7. When you finish defining the attributes you want to copy, click Back.
8. Click Back again and click Finish.
