After viewing batch processing results, you can test different update rules in the Free Form mode to see how records are changed. You can then decide if it is necessary to modify the update rules.
For example, suppose you have run a batch file of 200 records. You view the report file and search for a specific type of address that may be a problem, and discover that it is on Record 89. You display that record using the Go button, then reprocess that record in Free Form mode. This allows you to test changes to the update rules or the input data without affecting the output file.
Note: Be sure to click Cleanse Text, not Cleanse.
If you want to get the original record back again, click Go. The PRA will reload the record with the original data and results.
