Part of a standard Trillium Quality project is to link records that are potential matches based on name and address data. Because name and address data may change over a period of time, you want to refine the project to be sure you are linking all the potential matches in your data file.
For example, you might have a customer who opened an account five years ago, and has since married and changed her surname and address. You want to connect her original name and address information with her current information and link these records into a single customer view.
