IBM i - Connect_CDC - connect_cdc_mimix_share - 6.x

Verify that Connect CDC Listener is running at each machine involved in Connect CDC distribution.

• For a local IBM i install, start the Connect CDC Listener by invoking the script omnilistener in the following manner:

omnilistener start

• For a remote install, the Connect CDC Listener is automatically started by submitting a “batch” job into the subsystem QBATCH (by default) by submitting the command:

CALL <command_library>/OMNIL

where command_ library is the library name specified in the Command Library Window or batch parameter COMMAND_LIBRARY.
