The Windows service wrapper pings the Connect CDC Listener every 30 seconds to check the Connect CDC Listener health. In the case of heavy system usage and inadequate resources to complete this operation, the wrapper gets a time out. The wrapper’s reaction is to bring down the JVM gracefully and try to restart it.
