Disabling capture for a request removes all supplemental log groups for the tables in the request and stops the transfer of data from the redo logs. Disabling capture for a request is not allowed until the request is stopped.
Disabling capture for a table consists of dropping the supplemental log group on the table, dropping any LOB triggers that are present, and cleaning up internal registration of tables for which change capture was enabled.
