The Excluded Users tab displays only if you specify Exclude Users on the Server Properties dialog.
This page shows the user(s) that you want the Change Selector to exclude from replication on the sending table(s) that it will process. By default, this page displays all the users as checked, Exclude, as specified on the “Excluded Users” page accessed from the Server Properties dialog. You can override this specification by using the Exclude section to uncheck the user in the associated Users section.
Note: You can only check or uncheck the box in the Exclude section on this page. If you wish to add a new user to the filter then you must use the “Excluded Users” page accessed from the Server Properties dialog.
