While the query is underway, a progress indicator displays (the Progress of Refresh Catalog dialog). Click the Cancel button to terminate the remainder of a query after the current table is retrieved.
When the query completes, you see a message indicating the number of objects added to the server.
The Available Tables branch is populated with tables that meet the filter criteria you define. The tables are grouped by database (MS SQL Server and SYBASE servers only) and by owner.
If you know a table exists and meets the filter criteria but is not present in the list of retrieved tables, the default DBMS logon ID specified for the server may not have the authority to select from the DBMS catalog.
