The service handling EnterWorks Monitor API requests is enable-monitor-service. When EnterWorks is installed, by default the port enable-monitor-service listens to is 8092, however, this may not be the port your EnterWorks system is using. To determine which port enable-monitor-service uses:

  1. Open the Microsoft Services window, right-click enable-monitor-service, and select Properties. The Properties window will appear.
  2. Drag-select the entire Path to executable string. It may be quite long so make sure you get it all.
  3. Open a text editor and paste the entire string into the new file.
  4. The port number is found in the parameter:
    -port=<port-number>
